brand new still in our factory being built.suitable as a tri toon fishing boat or as a houseboat / tiny home etc... is fully cload and totally finished except add the 175hp mercury to the pod. the wiring and also how you would like the interior fitted to your own taste. have sliding glass doors to be modified to fit front and rear...... reason for sale is my wife hates it because she says it is too big. it can stay inside my factory for 3 months rent free while you finish it.make perfect tiny home or houseboat or fishing boat. 30' long x 10.6' wide with 2 levels [ upstairs about 20x10 ]sundeck. has nice stairs and waist high safety railing upstairs. has wheelchair access via wide side door and another front door and steps for beach access. another rear access as well. fuel tanks and 2 large gel batteries,all new navigation lights. has powerful elecric anchor winch with long chain and strong holding anchor.. plus box swithces and other stuff. super easy to finish off. i will continue to finish but the i do, the more i want. the 3 pontoons all have about 6 bulkheads in each 30' pontoons.they are made from poly so the cannot rot or get the dreaded electrolysis at the waterline. never need anti fouling... just scraping when needed. i have previously owned 2 smaller party/pontoon boats and both suffered badly from waterlinr electrolysis. the last one so bad i had to replace both pontoons [ expensive ] and they were both regularly anti fouled. .................. so shop around...make an offer we both will be happy with..... will take as much cash as you want to give. this is the only one in australia............. can qarrange transport to anywhere............... thanks ray contact via email...............
